Hourly capacity is approximately 12 Kg/26.4 lbs per hour of green beans. In addition to full batch capacity, our roasters are also designed to roast half batch.

Designed for both IR series and CR series, the updated Z 2.5 automation uses industrial-grade hardware, has user-friendly interface and offers operators the ability to precisely fine-tune and control the roast.
Diedrich guarantees the quality of the equipment and service for a period of twelve (12) months, but no later than eighteen (18) months after delivery or completion of services to the site has taken place.
